Default Wheel rubbing?

Just had a new clutch fitted under warranty to my 02 STi. Running Prodrive 18s with Prodrive lowering springs and today whilst going around a sweeping right bend (at low speed) with my wife and 2 kids in the car, there was a scrapping noise coming from the left front? This happened again when turning in right (sweeping). I have checked by front tyre and there are a few white chalk like marks on the outer edge. I thought at first it was possibly my mud flap which is very close to the ground but it would appear not. Strange thing is that it wasn't doing this before (with wife and kids in the car) the new clutch was changed? Surely the scrapping noise should have been on my side when sweeping right? Any thoughts please?
