Default Uprating Rear Brakes

I have fitted Godspeed 335mm discs & brembo calipers to my STI5 ... I am well happy with them apart from the very obvious nose down attitude when braking hard (and even not so hard) and overwhelming the 215/35 tyres very easily!

I want to balance the rears with something suitable that under heavy braking will use all 4 tyres to their maximum ..... obviously physics will dictate a certain amount of front bias but what have you guys used on the rear to improve the situation and to what effect?

as a minimum you need to balance the front/rear materials..............after that its the usual uprated pads/discs/etc..............
