wow that is cheap - I've got the AP's on mine, (red ones). I'm sure they're 352mm discs though. AP produced them for Rover and they had far to many, which is why they're cheaper, fantastic for the money (I paid nearer 1600 fitted for mine last year).

You'll not be disappointed

Are you sure! Lsst time I rang round various suppliers they were quoting up to six weeks delivery for the 6 pot 355x32mm kit! Didn't sound like over supply to me!

Looking at AP's web site they only do two Rover kits, a MG and a 200 kit. Neither of which use an 18" wheel!

If you can really get them for less than £1400 I'd like to know where. The AP list price is £1495 (inc vat)!

Cheers,

Ian

Yep - fraid so, I've searched the earth for 17's and the P1 wheels don't even come close (the standard STi 17" wheels won't fit either), it pretty much has to be an 18 wheel.

These calipers were introduced into the range a while back and are selling well, They were released commercially in May 04. They came about as a result of the Brembo Purchase of AP Racing a couple of years ago.

The caliper is an OEM item as used on some Holden models, they are larger than the previous (5555 & 5750) kits so check the caliper profiles for wheel suitability. As a result of the part being produced in quantity for the Holden, kit prices are cheaper then the previous "formula" brake kits.

The 355mm disc needs 18" wheels and with many people opting for 19" wheels, the decision was made to fill that out even futher with a 362mm disc. Both of these kits use 32mm discs.

There is also a rear brake caliper and disc kit being worked on, not ready for release yet, I'll inform people when development work has been completed.

No, the earlier brake kits all use 28mm discs. That was one of the main reasons the kit didn't go out larger than 330mm.

You will not get the new kit under that wheel, you will get any of the other 3 kits under there though, 4 pot kit with either 304mm discs or 330mm discs. 6 Pot kit on 330mm discs.

You wouldn't need to upgrade the rears
