My front brakes on my my02 wrx are starting to look a bit corroded / rusty and could do with a coat of paint or laquer or something what should i stick on them and how will i get the embossed subaru letters in white again if I do paint the calipers.

I used black hammerite on mine. Degreased them to remove the crud, then a light sanding with emery paper. Then 2 coats black hammerite. The "SUBARU" was done with a small model brush in red hammerite. Still on after 2 years!

 

Will be giving it a go soon if the weather settles down a bit.
