I have a bit of a dilema so asking for opinions:
1) I need new tyres at short-ish notice but the same old situation arises where no one keeps 225/35/18's in my chosen brands in stock.
2) The car feels a bit "harsh" on Cusco tarmac coilovers on thin profile tyres
3) 18" tyres are chuffing expensive to keep ripping the sidewalls out of or puncturing down the lanes
Soooo would you change to a set of lightweight 16" rims (cost to change when the 18's are sold not too bad) or change to OE 16's (cheap cheap) and powdercoat them black or keep the 18's cos the car looks damn fine on them?
Aaaargh dunno what to do but near as dammit not racing at Santa Pod now cos the space-saver wouldnt be too clever at 100mph terminal

P Zero C's in your size. Amesome at the ring, but will kill standard brakes in no time.

17's are best bet, ive sold my 18'' ones and im getting pro race one wheels (very light) and the tyre prices for 17'' are not alot more than the 16'' ones, plus theres more tyre options in 17'' size
