hi

first of i got my 02 wrx new from a main dealer in Aberdeen

i need new rear brake pads so just so i get the right ones i removed one of them so i could get a idear of the shape (so i dont get the wrong ones)

now here is the worry for the year and type of car it should have this type of brake pads being a UK car

BUT in my car has rear pads like these and next to the discription it says NOT UK so does this mean my car is a import

The top pads are for the earlier cars (mainly UK's and WRX's)

The small pads are used by the 2 pot rear calipers fitted to STI's and the later UK cars (all cars since 2000 had these calipers on the rear)
So no your cars not an import!

You should not be fitting green stuff. You need REDS if you are fitting EBC.
