Calliper position?
Just curious really.
Why are the callipers on the front disks always at the back of the wheel, whilst the rear ones are at the front of the wheel?

not all cars are like that , the GTir has the calipers on the front of the front wheel , they call it either leading or trailing calipers , I guess the steering arms , track control arms have a lot to do with it , depends where the rack is fitted as the calipers have to be on the opposite side of the steering arm , they wont fit on the same side
