How about the obvious - EBC Reds on the rear? Don't know how old your front pads are but EBC made big improvements to their compounds recently. Now much more popular than before. Other popular choices are Ferrodo DS2500, Mintex 1144, Pagid RS4-2.1.
EBC pads will set you back around £70 from EBC Direct. Or try some independent suppliers for better prices. Alternatively, contact AS Performance for good advice and prices on a range of pads including cheap OEM stuff.

Underhand advertising if you ask me, saying you bought pads from your own company!
The scoobynet community does not stand for that kinda sh!te.

a mate of mine owns it(a good friend i admit) his name is john mate, bit different to spike !but he does a good service anything wrong in recommending him as most people recommend people who do a good service as there arent many people about like that now.Yes i helped him out on ebay for motorcycle items again thats a bit different to subaru parts,im all for helping the small business
does this answer your question????

recently replaced by front pads with the black diamond predators and after about 30 miles or so they seem to be OK - a lot better than the OE ones I took out.
Sorry for the hijack - but seeing as there's brake-meisters about - how much of an impact do the rear pads have on braking, as these are to be replaced shortly, and what's the best way to improve feel in the brake pedal - been thinking of replacing the fluid and fitting goodridge hoses - anything else I should look at?

I bought some Pagid FR for the rears from AS Performance - low dust, good wear and worked well with my Godspeed setup up front. Delivered for less than £40 too
Textar (made by Pagid) for the rears for £40 from AS. They have been on a week and are a bit squeaky though - didnt have the shim on the back of the pad that my original 5 yr old pads did. There is no need to get ripped off for £100 for tiny rear pads!!!
Actually the rears cant do much really as the orig rears have done 30k inc a few tracks and have survived a cracked disk on the front due to enthusiastic brake use
. I reckon a couple of Ferrero Rocher might work just as well in the back
