I have P1 17" wheels with the standart 205 width tyres. Who has gone to 215's?
Do 215's affect the wet weather handling too much? If at all?
Do they make dry weather any better?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Jeremy

Jez, most people switch to 215/40x17 after the original tyres are done simply because there is a wider choice of tyres in this fitting, Bridgestone SO-2s being the favourites.

The difference in size is relatively slight so you shouldn't get any fouling problems, and the rolling radius is virtually identical.

Richard.
