If you have no luck in Kent then come over the river to Rainham in Essex and visit Elite. I have had two sets of tyres fitted there, most recently Toyo T1's to my RB5 and they are excellent both in service and looking after the condition of your wheels. They also have a decent coffee bar and a playstation to amuse yourself with
