I have to choose between toyo T-1S (205/45ZR16)and Goodyear F1 (205/50ZR16). What would you recommend? I know that Bridgestone S-03/02 seem to be the best but I canīt aford them. Any other alternatives?

Thumbs up

Hi!

I've tried both, last year the F1's in 215/40x17, this year Proxes in 215/35x18.

Dry grip is *much* better in the Proxes, and they tell you when they let go, my F1's scared me one time...

Wet grip is better in the F1's.

I'd go for Proxes again...definately.

Just to reiterate. Everything I have heard would suggest that the Eagle F1's are slightly better in the wet, and the Proxies much better in the dry. Powerstation love their proxies and they will be my next set(I am on 16" F1's at the moment).
