Buying Wheels/Tyres in Switzerland or France or Italy

Does anyone know the relative prices of decent Scooby wheels/tyres in Switzerland, France and Italy?
I'm out here in Switzerland and paid approx £125 per corner for 16" Michelin Pilot winter tyres 5 months ago which were excellent (in the snow) but now that all the white stuff has well and truly gone, I need some new summer rubber and might go for wheels at the same time.
I have heard that it might be possible to buy in France and reclaim the VAT which sounds worth investigating.
Any help much appreciated.
