I've recently fitted EBC High Performance Pads (New AF18 Kevlar Sprint Formula) to my motorcycle and bedded them in very carefully. After 250 miles I am far from impressed with their performance - the brakes are nowhere near as effective as with the original pads and the noise is horrendous when braking (sounds like coarse sandpaper on the discs).

Do EBC have a technical helpline? - if so has anyone got a number - unfortunately I've thrown the instructions / packaging in the bin.
