I know this has probably been done a million times before but I'll do it again anyway.

My 95 wrx still has its standard brakes which I want to upgrade.

I'm reluctant to open my wallet for APs / Brembos etc. so I'm gonna go down the route of Subaru 4 pots of a newer car with a set of upgraded grooved discs.

Simple question.......is it an easy swap over job or are there any complications?

I'm sure loads of you have done this swap so any info would be a great help

hi
its an easy swap over job as long as your wheels will clear the 4 pots, even the hoses fit straight on

Could not be easier

Get braided hoses and Dot 5 fluid and do it all at the same time.

Only problem was the conection between the flexible and rigid hoses had corroded. Nothing a pair of mole grips can't cope with.

Well pleased with mine.

Talking

Try for a set(Calipers, Disks and pads)If you weren't already as the disk is a diferent size. Don't pay more than £250 for the set!! Call Midland Impreza on 02476 373555.

Make sure you know your wheels will fit!!!!

Iain.
Still pleased with mine.
