I have the Subaru six spoke gold alloys on my MY00 supplied by my dealer when I purchased the car.

I have noticed that they don’t appear to be lacquered. On the inside of the wheel there is no protection at all and the alloy is corroding. The surface of the painted side isn’t smooth making them very difficult to clean as the. Is this normal and if not should I be able to claim of my warranty?
