I have got Ap 330mm 4pot brakes with the 5200 callipers.
Anyone any idea on which pads to use EBC Greenstuff, Redstuff or Carbon Metallic or DS2000
I will not be ragging it round just making good progress

Depends on what you class as 'making good progress'.
If you're going to drive it like any normal road, then Greens may well suffice, especially as two sets of Green cost the same as on e set of race pads.
If you intend to be a bit more enthusiastic, any of the other pads may be better.
We will probably be taking several sets of EBC pads for various calipers anyway.

taking several different pads sounds like the best option.

I won't be driving to enthusiastically as I am still learning how the car behaves.
