I've been offered a set of MY99(?)4 pot calipers, which I'm considering fitting to my '98 Terzo. Is it just a simple case of bolt them on with a hydraulic pipe y-piece adaptor, bleed the system & go (or hopefully stop!), or would there be any complications?

You still need to be careful that your wheels are going to fit, even though you have 17" rims.
It isn't the diameter of the rim that is important, it's the rim offset & the shape of the spokes.
If you try and use an approved rim designed for a pre 99my. vehicle, you will find that the spokes will foul the face of the caliper.
This is obviously the last item to be refitted so it's not a good time to find this out!

We have recently fitted a brake upgrade to a customers P1 and I know he is interested in selling his old 4 Pots, Pads & Discs.
If you would like to E-Mail me I will put you in contact with him.
Or you can ring me on (01227) 864537
