Question

I'm thinking of getting some 17" wheels fitted. After seeing the Prodrive PD7s in the members gallery, see

Cool

Hi Merlin,
IIRC the pd7's have a 52mm offset which prodrive recommend, yes the wheels are strong aswell.
Also the rims are available in silver, gold and the very cool anthracite

Wot, dont tell me SDB has deleted a post. IIRC isnt he the man who "likes to let his original comments stand" and thus refrains from editing/deleting his posts?

I would try Northampton Tyres because they have a good reputation round here. However as 2 of the original wheels were damaged in a fight with a pavement & hedge, they are to be replaced under the insurance. I thought I might as well upgrade to 17" at the same time. Hence the Subaru garage that are doing the bodywork will be supplying the new wheels.

Dealers charge 150 plus vat per wheel or 300 plus vat with tyres

I got the PD 7 in anthracite on my white RS sedan.

The pic is old, just imagine the anthracite ones there instead of the gold 16's. I'll post a new pic soon.

And yes, that is a RB5 wing.
