Default Tweaking ABS

It's been said that the standard scooby ABS is cr*p. It's too interfering and results in greatly reduced braking effect. Is there any way to tweak it so that it's less active?

More for discussion than an "I want to do" but maybe if there's an upgrade or reflash.....

Jeremy.

Think you can pull a fuse to disable it totally, there were some people who did this when it was snowing. Shouldn't think there's anything you could do in between full standard and off though.

Clearly an opening here for some enterprising person, an ecotek equivalent for the ABS brain.

I've got AP four pots on my sti5, and although they dont seem hugely better than standard 4 pots they are better, and when i had to stand on them recently, the abs cut in at about 60mph, its designed to operate below about 15 mph i believe, so yes I wish yuo could make it less sensitive too. All the ABS equipped cars have had similar effects with early triggering on gravel and with bumps on corners etc.
