I'm thinking of upgrading from 16" to 17" wheels and like the look of the P1 wheels.

Does anyone know if I can buy these from anywhere and, if I can, would there be any compatibilty problems with a standard MY99 UK turbo?

Any info appreciated.

Cheers
Neil

Maybe you could use the search button because we had long discussion about it.

It's not a problem at all to fit the P1 wheels. After some convincing words by SwissSteve and Prodrive I swapped my old wheels and fitted them. They're great!! They also have the same offset as the OEM wheels and you can even fit them with the same screws as the 16 inch wheels.

You should get them via official dealers (at least in Switzerland, but they were wrapped in Prodrive boxes) or from OZ. As far as I can remember they called P1 WRC wheels.

Hope this is helpful to you

Question

Jonesy, give me a ring, I may be able to put my hands on a set of brand new, un-used, Ex-P1 wheels.

The P1 wheels can't be purchased as an accessory from Subaru UK dealers, and only by existing P1 owners.

The wheels alone cost £250 each (inc VAT), and the retails price with new P Zero tyres as a package is close to £1700 !!

I was thinking about a set for myself, but my funds won't quite stretch that far

Unhappy

What a rip off over there in the UK.

We got these wheels from every Subaru dealer. The price is around 1300 quid with S02 PP in 215 size including balancing and fitting.

Despite the expensive price they're really stunning. Go for them

Cheers

Cheers for the info. fellas, but I'll put it on hold for the moment as I've had to fit new tyres immediately - poor tracking left rear tyres desperately lacking in rubber on the inside.

before I found out they were available in Switzerland, I'd left my name and details with a dealer near my dad's place in case any of their P1 customers went for the 18" wheel option, so I could pick up a set of P1 wheels from them.

The 18" wheel was delayed for a while but may be just becoming available around now.

I'll have a set of P1 wheels and tyres for sale in the next few weeks.

I have a P1 on order and am having the 18" wheels fitted, so I'll have a brand new set of 17's up for grabs.
