is there any way to disable the ABS, its driving me crazy... if i hit the anchors with any amount of meaning, it kicks in.. i just want to stop, not asking too much from the brakes at all.. it activated on my drive tonight, bit too close to the garage door for me !!

 

Yes, remove the fuses, numbers 13 and 18/19 not too sure though. Double check before you do so.

However, I have a feeling you must have a problem somewhere as normally it is only necessary to remove the fuses when it snows, as I found out this year the Impreza doesnt stop due to the ABS allowing the wheels to turn.

I would strongly advise you get your brakes checked first before you do so.
