Default new brakes

i got a wrx sti version 6 and want to upgrade the front brakes and pads,wat u guys recommend and wat price am i looking at ?

What's your budget, driving style and use?

AP's for the ultimate and £1500 budget

Godspeed + OE 4-pots and £600 budget

Couple of hundred would get you uprated pads (and possibly front discs).

You'll need at least 17" wheels for the large 330mm+ rotors.

hi,m8,if u r interested check out the mintex range as sold in demon tweeks i've got some discs & pads ( mintex c-tech ) dimple & grooved discs & m1144 pads to suit ( brand new & boxed ) for my 99-00 if u r intrested u can have them for £150 + p&p

peppe......


these r new,never been used a real bargain.....

do not get mintex pads - they are crap - my brakes are now worse than before!!!

will only use Mintex for road or track, and now on my sixth Impreza.

What mintex compound are you using Stephen?

the discs are 295 mm ( 4 pots ) & are drilled & grooved..
the pads are upgraded to suit ( m11 44 compound )

these are available in demon tweeks, must be a bargain at £150 off me when you compair prices
