Anyone know what the torque wrench setting should be for wheel nuts on a standard MY99 alloys ?

65lb.ft plus or minus 7. This is from Pete Croney at ScoobySport, and he got it from the service manual. He sets his at 70lb.ft and I have followed his initiative.
