Had a puncture repaired recently and am going on a track day.
Are repaired tyres safe enough.
It was just a slow puncture?

Yes,

your tyre should be fine. I had two punctures in one of my original 17" P Zeros, and I ran them for another 5,000 miles and two track events without any trouble.
