Unhappy Godspeed

Well, I sent Godspeed 3 e-mails on Saturday last week, enquiring about a brake upgrade for my MY00 WRX STi, posted a thread tio Ian`s attention on this BB and he promised a reply on Monday. I am still awaiting.

Guess what, I bought a set from Graham Goode, e-mailed them on Saturday and got a response on Monday.

Early bird catches the worm.............

In Ian's defence he is incredibly busy; in fact, probably too busy and easily runs the risk of upsetting potential or even current customers.

GGR are far larger. Yes, you'll get a faster response and service, but you'll pay a premium for the privilege.

Guess it all depends how long you're willing to wait.

Yep thats very true!

He is very busy, and is always busy, so i think he should get some help! By employing someone else, he will get more sales as more customers will be able to get hold of him
