Question AP`s vs Brembo 4-pots??

Ok, the car is an MY00 WRX STi.
I want to get a set of 4-pots with 325-335mm discs
I see that places like Godspeed offer a red Brembo or alloy Brembo caliper sets, the red ones being cheaper. the most expensive are the AP`s.

I use the car for fast road use and maybe the occasional hillclimb, no track days.

Which ones should I go for??
Any input appreciated

Godspeed use their own discs. So if you buy their Brembo or AP Racing kit, it will be different than if you buy them from somewhere else.

I would go for Brembo - only reason being they are cheaper and are a very good piece of kit.

Ap Racing are absolutely fantastic, but are more money and if your not going to do trackdays, Brembos may be the way to go

Thanx Money.

I know that the Godspeed kits use their own discs, I wonder if one can use the Brembo or AP discs once the Godspeed ones are worn?? Reason I am asking is that the replacement original AP/Brembo discs are freely available here, and it would save me a lot of hassle rather than import them from the UK each and every time.

Are the Godspeed discs any good??

Not sure mate, cant see why not.

I know Ian uses 335mm with his Ap Racing kit instead of 330 so not sure if he changes the brackets or anything or just uses bigger discs?

Godspeed discs are good

Gerardo,
I've just replied on your other thread, the first step would be to check the rules for the class of hillclimb you may be doing, they may restrict you to standard size brakes??
