Cheers

I had the AP 4 Pots with 330mm disks fitted to my P1 and can honestly say they were the best mod I made to the car. The difference over std 4 Pots is silly - u really have to take them on track to see how good they are and you'll never manage to give them a full work out on the road!

In fact the Brembos on my STi8 (even with Pagid RS pads) seem a bit pants in comparison. The £1500+ bill for them may seem a little steep but if u like your trackdays (or frightening your passengers!) its money well spent

Cheers Glenn,

I've never tracked it but I do like to make the most of the country roads round about here, so you think its worth the outlay then?

Hi Scott, I got mine mainly cos of the amount of trackdays I was doing but have always thought the std brakes to be the weak point on the Scoob - have cracked discs to prove it! U can always upgrade disks and pads but a full kit including calipers goes a whole step further. Some may reckon the kit is a bit overkill for road use but I think being able to stop so well adds another level of enjoyment to the car (as well as safety)

Only downsides to the kit (apart from swallowing the initial cost) is that the rear brakes hardly seem to cope and you'll soon be upgrading disks + pads there to! - oh, and always remember never to stamp them unless the car behind is quite some distance away
