So I understand the basics of how an ABS system works but I want to know more...

Are there wheel sensors that detect the wheel speed on a Subaru? Is it possible to make these more sensitive?

What happens to the pedal when ABS is triggered, why does it push back? What mechanically happens when ABS is triggered?
