Sorry guys, I know I can find this else where.
I'm about to order a set of EBC pad's for me Scoob.
Green or Red?
I've seen a post in General Technical about a test run on these, the general impression I got from the chap that tested them is that he'd go for Reds for road use. However if you look at EBC and their suppliers website's they kinda suggest Green. Unfortunately i cant seem to find the thread, it's vanished All 15 pages of it
Anyway,
The only mod on the car 2date is a full decat, though winding the boost up a little with a Dawes is pretty likely in the next few weeks
It's mostly B roads round, haring into them full stonk and then hard on the brakes is pretty typical for my style of driving.
I want something that aint gonna fade as they get hot, but also something that has a good bite and is good when cold.
So, Red or Green?
Cheers Guys.

Believe it or not, I thought I'd quickly check to see if anyones posted, then I'll phone Demon Tweaks and order some Greens.
Cheers Mate.
Are Reds ok when cold though?

It don't, but they are a nice colour
No seriously, I want something that's gonna bite good even when cold, and something that aint gonna fade when given some serious stick.
But I do need to get some quick as I got that "sparkly crackly" sort of "hey mister you better change these pads quick" noise

Now that you know you're up to new pads , just brake off these nasty squeeking wear indicators and you'll have another 1000 miles or so to think about your final choice
