Been asked a million times before but i can never remember! going to write this down this time!!Whats the best pressures to run a STI7 on trackdays,18 OZ Prodrives,F1 Gsd3 225/40/18s? and sorry for being a pain!!!

Run them between 32 and 34 PSI ( what you should be running on the road) Do a few laps and heat the tyres up which in turn will naturally up the tyre pressures, then take the pressures and see what they are! they should be high 30's - 40 psi when hot!
