I am looking to put a set of 17 x 7 wheels on my my00 classic.

Can somebody please tell me the correct tyre size, for clearances / speedo please?

Cheers

Either 205/45/17 or 215/40/17
The 215's are cheaper and there are far more tyres available in that size

Yeah - I'd go with the: 215/40/17's as well

Much cheapness to be had by all, they look better on as well and have that extra teeney, weeney amount of width to boot!

Cheers, I was just a bit worried about clearance with 215's. I take it they'll be ok?

Oh yeah - hence the 40 profile instead of the 45 with the 205's, they'll be more than fine in 215/40/17's
