I have fitted Pagid discs to the front (4-pots) about 2 months ago and Pagid pads about 2 months prior to that. Since the discs were fitted I get brake judder when braking lightly, most noticable at higher speeds. If I brake lightly at slow speeds (10 mph) you can feel the pads bite then release, then bite then release, ... If I brake medium to hard I get no judder.

There is no feedback through the brake pedal as far as I can tell, just the steering wheel.

I've had new tyres fitted, precision balanced and 4-wheel alignment very recently and there is no change. I have noticed on occasions a clonk from the front wheels when reversing slowly then braking, after stopping in the forward direction.

I have read that if the discs are warped I would get judder in the brake pedal and it would judder all the time. I have also read that the discs may not be sitting properly on the hubs which would cause a judder. Could this clonking be as a result of the latter?

I had severe judder with my Godspeed discs, but this was simply down to the protective coating taking time to wear off. It wore unevenly and gave a lot of judder. I've had the discs for about 2-3mths now and there's zero judder now.

Actual warping of the disc is very rare and some would argue that it's virtually impossible to see on road cars. The majority of judder is usually uneven deposits on the disc surface rather than the actual disc itself being out of shape.

It might be worth removing the discs and checking the surface of the hub is clean. I'd be very surprised if that was the reason since it's usually the most obvious thing - uneven deposits.
