The ABS warning light on my MY95 has just come on. When I turn the engine on (even once the immobiliser has cut in) there's a buzzing from under the bonnet. It seems to be coming from a black box at the front left corner as you stand at the front of the car. It sounds like a motor turning inside. I unplugged it, which caused it to stop, but what's the problem????

 

sounds like the ABS pump is jammed..........a little "tap" can sometimes release it and get things back on track........
obviously you would do this at your own risk!!
