Question

MY handbrake or brake warning light keeps sticking on now and then. I have checked the fluid levels its ok. Could it be that the hand brake shoes need replacing or adjusting.

There is no low level sensor on the brake shoes (on a classic) so it won't be that.
Could be a fault with the fluid level sensor or a fault with the switch / wiring under the handbrake lever.
Hope this helps, Mike.

The float in the reservior can sometimes get stuck.
May be worth taking the cap off, and just prodding the float to see if it moves.
