anybody run these, i was planning on a set for mine as i am heavy on the brakes and wanted a hard working upgrade, the reason i post is becuase of sum tales i was told today by a skyline owner.
he has them on his, and says that on a motorway, while the discs are spinning very fast, if you hit the brakes to slow down, the pads are under working temp and need to warm up, they warm up really fast due to the road speed and all of a sudden, they grab the disc really hard resulting in sum harsh braking, sounds a bit dodgy?
any thoughts?

use these at your own risk...........in our experience these are poor to say the least, you'd probs be better off using the packet they came in!!! LOL!!!!
if you want anything brake related we are main agents for Pagid, Ferodo and Mintex and can offer you some sound advice with no Bull.......and we're just down the road from you....
check the TTS website and you'll see a little offer.......

I tried Red Stuff pads with EBC Turbo groove discs after the Green stuff pads I had cracked my original disks. I thought the Red Stuff were crap during every day use. It felt like I had no brakes at all. They wore away to nothing in no time during a day at Knockhill. I am now running the Turbo groove disks with Mintex1155 pads and this is great improvement. They do tend to squeal a bit when driving round town.

Pagid RS4.2.1, Mintex 1155 and Ferodo DS2500 all have good cold bite, fade resistance, noise and wear characteristics; whichever you choose you'll be happy.
As for these "Group N+" discs, IME they're all a waste of money. They all warp if you use them hard enough due to the poor design of the shoulders and the too-thin rotor. The ones with grooves/holes cut into them warp even quicker due to the removal of material. You may as well get OE rotors and put the saving towards an upgraded disc/bell kit.
