Can you put a P1 on these test rollers, as when I went for my MOT I had 106 kg of resistance on one side of the car/ The MOT tester refused to carry on testing as he didn't want to damage the car and took it for a test on the road.

If it's a 2 wheel roller setup which I presume it is NO AWD car should be put on these as it destroys the differentials.
You may have been lucky and escaped any damage.
