upgrade the discs and pads front and rear on my 2 pots or go for 4 pots ,are the 4 pots worth the extra cash ,is there much difference between the two once upgraded pads/discs are fitted ?

Go for the 4 pots, then when you decide they're not good enough, upgrade them, I would guess that the standard 4 pots are at least as good as the upgraded 2's.
