Has anyone tried this size instead of the normal 215-35/18 Toyo Proxis on a classic shape? I have just been on the Mytyres.net website and saw this size. If you have, do they rub at all or would they be OK on a slightly lowered MY00(-10mm Eibachs)?

It does sound a good price. After the quotes I was getting for the 215's I'm very happy. So I've just ordered 4 Toyos (225-35/18) from them for 413.20, by far the best quote i've had.

Just got the tyres. Bloody hell they are wide, more like 235's than 225,s. They must be an inch wider than the 215 Toyos I'm running at the minute. I'm not even going to consider fitting them.I dont think there would be a problem on the front it's just the rears they will definately rub the arches and maybe the shock absorber. I'm sending them back and getting another set of 215's instead. My advice, don't buy these for a classic shape only on the new shape.
