How hard to swap to braided hosses?

Is it easy and how do you do it.
I've bought the hosses, took off the discs and pads and swapped for pagid discs and 2500 padds but not sure how to take off the hosses??????
I am only a bit thick somtimes...

It's a thorough description with pictures on how to do it.
Don't forget to use 2 copper washers per banjo into the caliper, and make sure you don't try to overtighten the 10mm locknut on the pipes as the pipes are quite fragile.
