Try a Brake Support Bracket- I got mine from PE - firms up the pedal a treat.

I have braided hoses, Motul fluid and support bracket and have a nice firm pedal....... but it requires quite a distance to actually do anything. So i don't want to firm it up but just take up the 'slack' if you like before the brakes operate. I don't know whether this is the same as your problem or whether you just want to firm it up?

Tony.

To remove the initial slack I think you will need to change the dual stage vacuum booster for a single stage one.

It's a feature!

After a bit of hard braking the center peddle now requires a larger than normal (whats normal?) amount of travel before the brakes are applied. To get the firm/short travel back, braided hoses with dot5.1 fluid was fitted but still have the same problem.

Currently running TSL Group N+ disks with DS2500 pads on standard 4pods.

Got any ideas?

Edited to say nothing to do with paddles
