Happened to me. Drill it or get it drilled off by someone that will try hard not to damage the alloy. Then refuse to allow anyone to tighten your locking wheel nuts in future. I have found that the ones with cirumferential sectors rather than pins around the outside wear better not sure about the security.

You can get a kit for taking lock nuts off, your local tyre dealers should have one, I know we do and it's a life saver!!!

Go to your local tool store and get a socket which is made up of retracting pins and moulds it self to any shape (can't remember the correct name for them, one socket fits all kind of thing).
this should do the job.

Depending on what type of lock is fitted, use a *very* tight fitting socket which will have to be hammered on to the lock, then remove as normal.
The word you were looking for was Gatorgrip. Tried that...bent the pins inside the socket when trying to take off the locknut. No use if nut has been tightened too much.
