Impreza Turbo 1999.

Having cleaned the alloys what do I do with the rear hubs which are showing considerable rusting? Is this a common problem/fault?

"They all do that" - Subaru garage

You can paint them with Smoothrite, if it's a major issue.

My 99 uk and mine are the same, on rust inspection at Subaru i was told normal superficial rust.

Looks s***e tho.

Mine are done in Smoothrite also. Looks good and also stops the rusting. Only 6 squid a tin
