Changing Front Pads on a Sport

Can anyone tell me how to and how easy it is to change the front pads on MY97 sport as i do not want to hand over nearly £50+ VAT to my local dealership.
If anyone with any knowledge could tell me what tools I need and approximate time it usually takes i would be grateful.
