Exclamation

I have recently joined the scooby club and brought one the of these excellent cars(walking around with a permanent smile), it has the wheels shown in the picture fitted, do you reckonise them?
If so what are they called? Do you know of a company selling them, if so do they have a web site?

The reason I need to know is the centre part of the wheel that cover the nuts is corroded.

Where can I get new ones or can something been done with the existing ones?

And latestly the wheels have some type of glue residue on the inside of them, I presume it is where it has balancing weights fitted then removed, Is there some chemical that can be used to clean the remaining of this off.

Many thanks for any information that can be given.
