touch up pens I find are a pain in the **** because the paint always seems to be too thick to do anything with (apart from getting it all over the place)
what you might find easier is to buy an aerosol of wheel paint (assuming you can get the right colour) spray a little into the lid and nick one of your missus's face paint brushes (very fine)
and dab with that,

Actually Just wheels in nottm can repair them for you 
I think mike gave you the number for them?
Need to get one of mine repaired but 90miles to nottm is a little far to go me thinks
