Can you weld ?
do you know of someone that can ?
weld a big nut to the end of the lock nut then a normal socket will undo.
Trying to chisel it off will result in bending the stud and if you slip you'll end up with a gouge in the rim.
Molegrips just ain't got the grip and the nose of the pliers usually ends up marking the rim due to the recess of the nut.
Oh and if it's not obvious the lock nut will probably be TOAST if you get it off.
