Under medium or heavy braking I seem to have either brake judder (warped disks?) or ABS kicking in? It's worse on bumpy roads.
Feels a bit like judder but car stays straight ahead, and doesn't pull to either side - just 'shakes'. Any ideas?

(Got Grp N disks and uprated Ferodo pads)

Now noticed occaisional squeaking from front right wheel as well, which goes away when braking. Could it be a wheel bearing perhaps? And nothing to do with the brakes?
Anyone had a wheel bearing go - it's a MY00?

It certainly could be the ABS kicking in - I know mine does under only half-hearted braking if I hit a pothole or uneven tarmac.
If you're not all that familiar with the feel of ABS kicking in, practice an emergency stop on a clear straight piece of road (with no-one behind you!) so you know what it feels like for a comparison.

It feels like something else (serious!) but I'll give it a go.
Cheers.

Can you pull the ABS plug and try to do it again.
