Lockheed AP stuff from SS or Silkolene Pro Race from TSL (although that's only DOT 4)

As Chris said, either of these two are the best and both are 24 month fluids.

The DOT rating affects moisture take up and is not a guide to the fluid's performance.

Question

I questioned Pete when scoobysport put the silkoline fluid in mine after a brake upgrade cos it wasn't DOT5.1.

The important bit is it boils at a higher temp than most other fluids so you don't lose your middle pedel to quick. (spell check please)

We sell Silkolene, so I'm biased

They are the two leading fluids and you won't be dissapointed with either.

I use ATE Racing Blue. Have done a few track days on it, without problems.

I can do you some Silkolene Prorace stuff. I bought 5 litres of the stuff, only to find I only needed 1.5 litres. Usually about £12+VAT per 500ml. £10 per 500ml? Can deliver it to the Crispin if you want.

Plantie, I would go for the SRS from that choice. You *SHOULD* only need 1 litre.

We used to use Castrol Response and switched to Silkolene as the pedal is substantially harder with this stuff.

Its because this fluid is so good that we ended being a Silkolene distributor.
