New discs.
Hi. Had new discs all round and pads, now it’s rained I can see a 2mm rusty ring on the outside and inside edges of the discs where the pad isn’t touching to the edges , never noticed this on any vehicles before? Why would this be? Wrong size pads? ( Brembo gold sti calipers, and correct discs) ...
I personally probably change 10-15 full sets of discs a week on various vehicles as stated before there's a lip on the inner/outer edge of 90% of the replaced items. Would you like me to go and get pictures out of the scrap skip.
