Default 18" Tyre Size Help

Right peeps just bought myself some rota g-force 18x8.5 et48 to go on my blob widetrack. So gauging by the tyre size on my pff7s I think I need 235/40/18 but I have seen people running 225/40/18. Or do I need another size? The car has prodrive bilsteins with 35mm lowering springs.

235/40/18 and 225/40/18 are fine, 245/40/18 May rub if lowered.
